Selective Coloring.

Attended a wedding this past weekend.My wife and two daughters attended as well and my youngest took this capture with my wife's camera. I decided to do some selective coloring by coloring the feathers and leaving the rest of the picture in Black & White. I used free editing program Paint.Net to get this satisfying result.
